Action in the municipal court for St. Paul, Ramsey county, by John Patrick Ryan for personal injuries and damage to his automobile allegedly arising out of a collision with two other automobiles, one owned and operated by defendant Harold W. Griffin and the other owned by defendant Arlan G. Schuchland and operated by defendant Ray Engel. At the close of plaintiffs case, the court, Edward D. Mulally, Judge, granted defendant Griffins motion to dismiss the case as to him and granted the motion of defendants Engel and Schuchland for a directed verdict in their favor. Plaintiff appeals from an order denying his motion for a new trial.
