Vickers, III; Helen McMaster Coulson; William B. Graham; Larry Reichert; and Kutak Rock & Campbell. Plaintiffs also appeal from the trial courts order denying their motion for class certification. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand for further proceedings.
